Billing & Insurance

At Saphier Wellness, we believe in transparent, accessible care. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our fees, billing practices, and insurance options.

  • Saphier Wellness is an out-of-network provider. We’ll give you a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to ask about coverage for “outpatient mental health services with an out-of-network provider.

  • Fees vary by provider and service type. You’ll receive a clear breakdown during your intake. Specialized services (like evaluations) may be billed differently.

  • We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who qualify. Please mention this during your intake consultation.

  • Yes! Many clients use Health Savings (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible services. Be sure to check with your provider.

  • Payments are made via credit/debit or HSA/FSA card. All billing is done through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform at the time of service.

  • Soon! We’re developing therapy subscription plans designed to support consistent care with flexible, affordable options — perfect for individuals and families who want ongoing support.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a full session fee.
