Billing & Insurance
At Saphier Wellness, we believe in transparent, accessible care. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our fees, billing practices, and insurance options.

Saphier Wellness is an out-of-network provider. We’ll give you a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to ask about coverage for “outpatient mental health services with an out-of-network provider.

Fees vary by provider and service type. You’ll receive a clear breakdown during your intake. Specialized services (like evaluations) may be billed differently.

We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who qualify. Please mention this during your intake consultation.

Yes! Many clients use Health Savings (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible services. Be sure to check with your provider.
